This problem may occur if you have the G-Sensor set at higher sensitivity. This causes each individual recording within the time loop to be locked, thereby becoming protected against deletion. For this reason, the card’s capacity may be reached, which can then cause the camera to freeze.

If you often drive on poorly-maintained roads, such as cobbled streets, we recommend reducing the sensitivity of the G-Sensor. The higher the number (the "G" value), the lower the sensitivity.

Another possibility is that you are using the loop recording and motion detection function. The motion detection function is intended for a parked vehicle, whereas the loop recording function is for use during driving.
