Before performing a repair, a paid diagnostic is always performed by the service center to determine the nature of the defect and determine the necessary action to be taken. Subsequently, a price is quoted and sent to the customer's email address. The service is then carried out only after receipt of the customer’s written approval. Should the repair not be desired, then the device is returned in its original state back to the customer who must cover the costs of the diagnostics and shipping.
